Order & Tracking FAQ
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update your order if it hasn't been shipped yet.
We process orders quickly to get them to you faster. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you. Once the order is shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
If your order is delayed, check the tracking information for updates. If you notice an unusually long delay, please reach out to us, and we’ll investigate the issue with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges FAQ
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.
To start a return, simply contact us at shopgranolalife@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Certain items are non-returnable. We do not accept returns on sale items or clothing, as each garment is handmade to order just for you. Please ensure that the items meet the return criteria before sending them back.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at shopgranolalife@gmail.com.
